ILAW Network Global Conference
Casablanca, Morocco
October 9 – 11, 2024
Third ILAW Network Global Conference, which will be held on October 9 – 11 in Casablanca, Morocco! This will be a three day conference at the Barcelo Anfa Casablanca Hotel. ILAW members will be staying at both the Barcelo Anfa Casablanca Hotel (44 Bd d’Anfa, Casablanca 20000, Morocco) and at the Hotel Barcelo Casablanca (139, Boulevard d’ Anfa, Casablanca 20 000, Casablanca 20000, Morocco).
In keeping with our core mission, this conference will provide an opportunity for ILAW members from around the world to meet, discuss and strategize to promote the rights and interests of workers and their organizations. The aims of this conference include:
- Highlighting successful strategies to empower workers and unions;
- Explore potential new areas of cooperation with other social movements (feminist, environmental, and human rights movements);
- Deepening and expanding the ILAW Network; and
- Evaluating the progress made by the ILAW Network over the last five years, and guiding the work of the Network for the next five years
