We ask that all members commit to the following pledge:
I hereby acknowledge that the mission of the ILAW Network is to bring people together in an exchange of information and ideas to promote workers’ rights. I hereby represent that I am a lawyer, legal scholar or workers’ rights advocate who has a personal and professional dedication to the advancement of the rights and interests of workers and their organizations. I further represent that to the extent I represent clients who are not workers or their organizations, I do not and will not represent those clients in any actions against workers and their organizations. I accept that the credentials provided to me for the use of the ILAW website are for my individual use. Accordingly, while I may use the ILAW website in the course of my work consistent with ILAW’s mission, I will not allow my credentials to be used by other individuals.
The dues structure is based on a scale whereby lawyers based in OECD countries pay a higher rate than lawyers based in non-OECD countries. Dues reductions or waivers may be considered on a case by case basis.
ILAW membership rate for lawyers active in countries outside of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
ILAW membership rate for lawyers active in countries that are part of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
Encouraged for those who can afford to pay this amount to help subsidize the lower rate for lawyers in developing countries
The ILAW Network will personally assist you with registering your members. Please begin the process by emailing membership@ilawnetwork.com.
